Who is responsible for your data
Avenidas Grow, Unipessoal Lda., NIPC (company number) 515388238, with its registered office at Rua Poeta Bocage, n.º 5, loja E, 1600-581 Lisboa, which operates the Itina brand. For any matter concerning your data, write to grow@avenidas.pt.
What we collect on the site
- In the forms (Request a proposal and Fleets): your name, company or fleet, email, phone and the choices you made on the page, such as the area, screens, months or number of cars. We use them to reply to your request and to prepare the proposal or the partnership. The legal basis is the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- To stop abusive submissions: when you send a form, the server keeps your IP address in memory only, for 10 minutes, to count how many submissions come from the same address. It is not written anywhere, and we keep no logs of requests to the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
We don't use cookies, third-party analytics or advertising on the site (see Cookies).
On the screens in the cars
The tablet on the seatback shows ads and logs plays, taps and QR scans without identifying anyone: it records no images or sound and asks passengers for no data. The position we use is the car's, to know where each ad played. When a passenger scans a QR code, they go to the brand's website, which has its own privacy rules.
Who receives the data
The Avenidas Grow sales team, which receives requests by email. For email and for hosting the site we use Google (Google Workspace and Google Cloud, the latter in the Belgium region) as a processor, under a data processing agreement. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We don't sell or share your data.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. If there is a contract, they are kept for its duration and then for the periods the law requires, such as 10 years for accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, or for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to its processing, by email to grow@avenidas.pt. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here, with the date at the top.
