The site
This site belongs to Avenidas Grow, Unipessoal Lda., NIPC (company number) 515388238, with its registered office at Rua Poeta Bocage, n.º 5, loja E, 1600-581 Lisboa, which operates the Itina brand. By using it, you accept these terms.
Prices, estimates and proposals
The published prices are those of the 2027 rate card, excluding VAT. The calculators' results are estimates based on the network's numbers and are not a proposal. A proposal is binding only when it is sent in writing and accepted by both parties. The terms for partner fleets apply as set out in the contract signed with each fleet.
The network's numbers
The numbers on this site come from our own data, and each one says whether it is measured, estimated or third-party, with its source (see Network). We review them regularly; in a proposal, the number in force on the date it is made applies.
Ownership
The Itina brand and the texts, images, map and code of this site belong to Avenidas Grow or are used with permission. You may quote and share them with attribution; for any other use, please ask us first.

Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, without guaranteeing this at all times. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the Lisbon district have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
